Day 01: Arrival day in Kathmandu [1,400m/4593 ft]
Arrival in Kathmandu, a representative from Adventure Mountain Nest will pick us up from the airport and transfer to the Hotel. In the afternoon, we may take a rest or visit our office. In the evening, there will be a welcome dinner hosted by Adventure Mount Nest. For dinner, you will be served excellent authentic Nepalese cuisine which will introduce you to the Nepalese food culture. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour
Today after breakfast we start a guided tour to several of the most historical and spiritual attractions in Kathmandu. Some of these landmarks are considered World Heritage Sites; including the historic Durbar Square, the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupati Nath, the famous ‘Monkey Temple’ (Swayambhunath) and Buddhists shrine (BouddhaNath) which is one of the large Stupas in the world. Day 03: Fly to Pokhara [827m/2,713ft] -Trek to Tikhendhunga [1,540m/5052ft]: 4-5 hrs
Early morning we leave Kathmandu and fly to kathmandu.From Pokhara we can catch magnificent views of the Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Machhapuchhare, five peaks of Annapurna range and others also Pokhara is famous for lakeside. After taking rest for some time, drive to Naya Pul and start the trek head to Tikhendhunga. Overnight at Tikhendhunga.
Day 04: Tikhedhunda to Ghorepani [2774 m/ 9429 ft]: 6-7 hrs
Afer break fast we down for few minutes then climbs all the way up to Ghorepani via very steeply up to village Ulleri.In Ulleri we can found Charch on the way. The name Ghorepani in Nepali means “horse-water”. Ghorepani is an interesting place with small shops and stalls for selling local products and craft and we can catch the beautiful view of Mt.Annapurna South and Nilgiri.Stay overnight at Ghorepani.
Day 05: Ghorepani to Tatopani 1190m/3904ft: 5-6 hrs
After having breakfast we walk along Tatopani, we descend steeply to Sikha, a large village & further descend to Ghar Khola Village. After crossing bridge it climbs up at Tatopani. Tatopani, means Hot Water in Nepali.The hot springs are popular among the trekker to sooth their tired leg muscles.
Day 06: Tatopani to Ghasa [2010 m/ 6630 ft]: 5-6 hrs
Afer breakfast we will ahead through Kali Gandaki river. Continuing along to Dana, Rupse Chahara meaning beautiful waterfall and Kopchepani, the trail further ascends to the Thakali village Ghasa. Ghasa is a paradise for the bird watchers.
Day 07: Ghasa to Marpha [2670 m/8,760ft]: 4-5hrs
Afer break fast we climb up Lete Khola to Lete. It further continues to the east side of the Kaligandaki reach you Larjung Village. From Larjung, we cross trail via Tukche at 2599m and apple farm projects which produces apple and vegetable for the whole region until you get to Marpha Village.Overnight at Marpha
Day 08: Marpha to Kagbeni [2800m/9,186ft]: 4-5 hrs
Morning walk gradually before crossing over a low ridge to Jomsom Village. Cross the Panga Khola to reach Ekle Bhatti meaning lonely pub. From Jomsom onwards it is very windy in the afternoon so put in your wind proof Jacket on your day bag, the trek continues on the gradual path on the Kali Gandaki river bed for about 3 hrs and finally reaching at Ekley-bhatti village. After a good stop here an hour of easy walk takes us to Kagbeni, which lies at the bank of two rivers.Overnight at Kagbeni
Day 09: Kagbeni to Muktinath [3,700m/12,139ft]: 5-6 hrs
After breakfast we starts our journey with a special permit check up and onwards to the riverbank of Kaligandaki up stream. During the walk we will have take pictures places to stop or rest time. From Kagbeni the path climbs steeply to re-join the direct trail leading to Khingar.The trail climbs through a desert landscape till Jarkot Village then we reach on Mukhtinath.Overnight at Muktinath.
Day 10: Muktinath to Jomsom [2,743m/8,999ft]: 5-6 hrs
Muktinath is a one of the destination for Hindus pilgrimage. It also hold an important place for the Buddhists. In the morning, we visit the Muktinath Temple of the Lord Vishnu. For the Hindus, the region is a “Muktikhsetra”. There are water spouts channeled for the stream running above the temple. There is also a Buddhist Monastery nearby. Also from here we can catch the gergious views of Dhaulagiri peak. From Muktinath, we continue back to Jomsom. Overnight ai Jomsom
Day 11: Jomsom to Pokhara by flight
Morning afer breakfast we leave the beautiful palce and fly back to Pokhara and guide will transfer to the lakeside hotel. We visit the one and only beautiful town Pokhara as Fewa Lake, a second biggest lake of Nepal, we cannot stop admiring the state of Fish Tail Mountain reflecting in the lake. We can also take a boat around the Fewa Lake. Evening time, we spend exploring around the lakeside. Overnight at hotel.
Day 12: Drive to Kathmandu
This morning we will take 200 kilometers drive back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will be transferred to your outstanding hotel and have some shoping. To celebrate the successful completion of our journey, we will have a farewell dinner. Overnight at Kathmandu.
Day 13: Final departure
If we have more time we can do some shopping or sightseeing. At last approximately 3 hours before our scheduled flight, a representative from Adventure Mount Nest escorts us to the airport. On our way to home we will have plenty of time to plan our next adventure trip in the wonderful country of Nepal. Wish you all the best and hopefully see you again.
